The future is bright for former Eastenders actress Tamzin Outhwaite and she is dressing to reflect that.
After a successful run on the West End stage in Sweet Charity, Tamzin is on our TV screens on Five’s Don’t Stop Believing.
She’s harsher than Blue singer Duncan James but sweeter than singer Anastacia, and competing against the show’s host Emma Bunton in the fashion stakes each week.
Just like Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole used to try and outdo each other on the X Factor, Tamzin and Emma go head to head on Don’t Stop Believing.
But at press interviews to publicise the show, Very exclusively noticed that one thing let Tamzin down. See what it was in the following video and notice how embarrassed she is when she confessed it to us.

Sunburn – oops!
Aside from her redness, Tamzin shone for the right reasons in an electric blue dress, which took attention away from her complexion.
If you’ve overdone it in the sun then offset it with a blue dress from Very.
Like Tamzin’s, silver sequins add glamorous detail and you can achieve a similar look with a Motel stud shoulder dress
For bright, bright blue there is a Forever Unique one shoulder dress
Or for red carpet glamour try a Berketex two-piece satin dress and shrug set. The shrug will cover up a sunburned top half!
Tamzin revealed she’s hoping to get back to the theatre after this TV role.
“I spent eight years in chorus lines before Eastenders,” she revealed. “I’ve done Carousel, Oliver, Grease and Summer Holiday.”
With the Bridget Jones musical, part-written by Lily Allen, yet to be cast we wouldn’t be surprised if Tamzin was a front-runner for that.
Her only problem? She needs to start dressing down a bit as we can\t imagine Bridget in something as bright as this!
