Five Minutes Of Fashion With Wild Tamara Ecclestone

Heiress Tamara Ecclestone drove all the other celebrities at Elton John’s Winter ball wild with envy when she turned up wearing a gorgeous animal print maxi dress.

The daughter of F1 billionaire Bernie must have got everyone’s pulses racing as she was the only leopard at Elton’s lavish party at the American Embassy in London.

Forget the fact that leopards are suited to warmer climates, Tamara heated up the room by looking so fabulous.

Very stalked her for a five minute chat about fashion:

QS: You always look so glamorous but have you ever had any wardrobe malfunctions?

TAMARA: “For my mum’s birthday in Monaco, I wore a pink and black dress and the zip broke. My friend had to go and get help to have it fixed. It was an ordeal.”

QS: Do you ever dress down?

TAMARA: “Yes! I love comfy boots like Uggs – they’re just so comfy.

QS: You once worked as a fashion assistant at a shop. How did that change your attitude to fashion?

TAMARA: “There were lots of women who weren’t particularly nice. One woman asked me for a pair of jeans that I gave to her, and then came out of the fitting room in a massive strop and threw the jeans at me. I didn’t say anything because I would probably have got fired. There were loads of not very nice people there. But I’m never rude to sales people or anything. My experience at Armani really made me think, ‘Be nice, be nice.'”

QS: Who is your style icon?

TAMARA: “I love Brigitte Bardot’s big blonde hair and eye liner. She’s sexy without trying.”

QS: Does your dad Bernie have an opinion on your clothes?

TAMARA: My father’s quite a diplomat – he’s very British in that sense – my mum will go, ‘You look terrible in that outfit: take it off.’ And it might hurt, but you know she’s saying it for the right reasons! She’s just so funny. She’s like, ‘I don’t like your make-up, I don’t like this, change this’. She wants me to look my best.”

A leopard print dress helped Tamara look her best but there are a variety of styles of animal print dresses available right now. Try the Lipsy animal print bandeau dress

Or dress up and shine in a Morgan animal print jewelled dress

Or stand out by combining gold with animal print in a South animal print dress

You don’t need the budget of a billionaire to achieve this wild look!
