As some of you may remember on Thursday I promised to share a few of my holiday snaps, flashing off my holiday wardrobe- all from very of course!
I must admit firstly that travelling to a Muslim country did provide a challenge for me- I’m very much a summer girl and I do prefer holidays where I wander around in a pair of shorts and just a vest top but Egypt has so much to offer culturally I couldn’t pass up the chance to visit. I just made sure that my case was packed with clothing that was comfortable yet also respectable enough to wear out and about- saving my bikinis and wraps for the beach.

Travelling up to Mount Sinai proved the hardest challenge so I choose the all white combination of loose Linen pants from the petite range combined with sturdy Nikes for the desert trek later-just adding a loose cotton blouse and voile scarf to enter the sacred Monastery of St Catherine.
Our evening trip to a local Bedouin village proved truly entertaining all though I was grateful I had packed a jumper as the desert night drew in and we settled down to an evening of belly dancers, traditional tea and finally star gazing under the desert sky.

What woman could resist a spot of late night shopping? We couldn’t that’s for sure so we jumped on the hotel Courtesy bus to Naama Bay for a few hours of haggling and then a spot of posing at the Pacha nightclub.
Finally stopping for a well earned drink in a traditional Shisha bar. The air was sweetly fragrant with vanilla and we were on holiday so………
Yes I know it may not be good for your health but curiosity did get the better of us much to the delight of the staff.
We celebrated our last night in the hotels Italian restaurant and I decided to end the holiday dressed up to the nines in a body fitting dress by Rare and my much coveted Love Label platform heels and trademark bangles of course!.
Sadly my Oh has put me on a holiday ban till next year so I will just have to find a new hobby….
Do they do Camel riding in England do you know?
