My Top Favourite Spring Dresses

Normally I wait till the sun is well and firmly established- England being more renowned for its rainy rather than sunny days! This year though I have been pouring over all the frocks that seem to be prettier than ever- In fact just right for spring. I managed to select a few must have dresses that are ideal for this season although I do confess it was hard going because I want them all!

So let me guide you through a few of my favourites.

This Pleat Pussybow dress by Love label is ideal for office to night-time chic. The cuff sleeves and pleated skirt detail also tick all the boxes in the style stakes!

Shift dresses just have something about them that make you feel glamorous shapely and groomed all at the same time- a look that’s hard to achieve on most budgets. No surprise that most celebs favour them too then is there! This one by French Connection is an absolute classic and can easily be styled up with all your favourite accessories.

Spring brings new life to our gardens and Easter wouldn’t be Easter without our traditional love of yellow! A great way to brighten up your wardrobe and lighten your mood- Yellow is a great colour to wear this season.

My personal flower favourites are the delightful forget- me-not’s and bluebells that announce the last of winter frosts and bring with them the promise of summer. These dresses are a true delight and make me instantly think of romantic walks though the park and finally being able to kick off my Uggs and replace with a pretty pair of pumps or sling back sandals.

Vintage screen glamour is making a massive impact at the moment and these dresses are stunning- from 20’s tootsie to 70’s siren just choose your era!

Saving my favourite collection till last Yumihas left me drooling with desire- There isn’t one dress in their collection that I don’t love!! These 3 really caught my eye and at least one or two will be entering my wardrobe this week- well it is my birthday coming up!
