Sarah Jessica Parker Sets A Silver Fashion Trend

Sarah Jessica Parker is visiting the UK, bringing her customary Carrie Bradshaw glamour along with her. Hurray!

SJP is currently promoting her new film I Don’t Know How She Does It based on the bestselling novel by Allison Pearson.  The book’s about a finance executive juggling a family and a needy husband and Sarah Jessica’s perfect for it. In reality SJP has three kids to look after plus managing her careers as actress, fashion designer and perfume maker.

No matter how busy she is, SJP looks immaculate and fashion forward as you can see by the silver dress suit she wore for a night at the posh fish restaurant Scott’s in London’s Mayfair.

So what’s the latest with Sex and the City? Very can exclusively reveal there are plans for a third Sex and The City movie. SJP confessed during promotional interviews that she has thought of a script.

Now it could be a matter of convincing her cast-mates to sign up for it because there were rumours of a fall-out on the last film over salaries and promotional commitments. Unless the script would involve SJP’s character and a bunch of new friends – that would be interesting.

One thing’s for sure, the film will do well if the actress has any say in her wardrobe as she always manages to stay one step ahead of the crowds. In a shimmery dress and matching coat with metallic eye make up to match, Sarah Jessica is looking to the future while keeping it feminine due to the well-fitting dress.

We always want to copy her look and the good news is this one can be achieved with clothes from Very. A silver dress is perfect for a sophisticated look. The Elements/Amanda Wakeley dress has a lovely scoop neck and back.

Or, the Nougat Sequin Shift dress is ultra sparkly for a party look.

If you prefer maxis to minis, then the Teatro Sequin Maxi dress will make you look and feel like a goddess.

A silver coat will beautifully complement a silver dress as Sarah Jessica proved.  The South sequin jacket is stunning!

SJP always wears fabulous shoes but if you can’t afford Manolos, we suggest you try Teatro’s Fraulein Embellished Platform Shoes for twinkly toes.

We can’t wait to see the new film and amazing outfits, SJP!
