I’ve always had a bit of a style crush on Claudia Winkleman but it was well and truly cemented the night she rocked up to the the 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards wearing an oversize white shirt and a long chunky knit scarf when all around her were wearing designer frocks. Her unmistakable style – raven hair, kohled eyes and orange glow teamed with a wardrobe full of black and how-do-you-walk-in-those-heels is one that I find hard not to love.

On Sunday night’s Strictly Come Dancing Result show, in stark contrast to Tess Daly, who wore a one armed cream body con dress and coral lippy that complimented blond locks, Claudia wore a pair of signature heels, a voluminous LBD and lashings of liquid eyeliner.
