Exclusive X Factor Judging Panel News: Week 7

Kelly Rowland may be the most successful judge this series – with 3 of her acts still in the competition – but she’s also the most stressed.

While Tulisa has been able to enjoy life and we saw her at the Twilight premiere last week, poor Kelly has not been in the mood to go out. Her outfit on Sunday night’s show may have been bright, but she’s not smiling much.

All her acts have had separate problems, potentially affecting their performance, so Kelly started to tackle the issues by hosting a spa day.  In one day she had to deal with tears from Misha B who had family issues. The ex-Destiny’s Child singer ended up taking her to one side and explained she also suffered problems with her biological father but she battled through it and she knew Misha was strong enough to do the same.

After that she turned her attentions to Janet Devlin, giving the Northern Irish teenager tons of compliments to boost her ego. Janet’s been complaining that she feels left out, but Kelly reassured her that she thought Janet was super special.

And finally, it was a pep talk for Amelia Lily after the young singer feels overwhelmed by the return to the X Factor. She’s been thrown back into the house and daily rehearsals and is not used to it like the other acts. Kelly had to repeat to her that she’s doing a fantastic job and sit there until Amelia started to believe her. It took a long time!

In addition to this she’s working on her third solo album, Here I Am, out on 28 November and is doing back to back interviews to promote that.  And she recently confessed to Graham Norton that she still finds time to do 200 sit–ups a day. Wow!  This stress could make mortals buckle under the pressure but Ms Rowland is made of stronger stuff.

On Saturday night she looked sensational in a Grecian style white maxi dress………

If that inspires you to go out and hold your head high then try a similarly gorgeous maxi dress with the Teatro embellished one shoulder maxi dress, which features sequins and embroidery making it a little more exciting than a plain white dress.  Or if Kelly’s split impress you, check out the stunning Love Label pleated one shoulder maxi dress.

On Sunday, Kelly lit up our screens in a sensational green satin dress, which almost made up for the long face.

If you love this green colour, try the Teatro one shoulder satin dress for a similar stand-out number or this Oasis Scarf One Shoulder Dress.

Kelly’s outfits are amazing! Let’s hope she soon starts to feel as good as she looks x
