Your Winter Boots Guide

As there are soooooooo many trends and types of boots out there, we know it can get quite confusing, so we’ve put together a little guide for you and picked out our fave must haves for this season.  You don’t have to thank us!

Equestrian/Riding

First up is the Equestrian/Riding trend that fits with those crisp Autumn days.  Wear these with jodhpur leggings or skinny jeans with a military jacket.  This look will make you fit in with the Made in Chelsea girls………… The only difference is we can’t all afford the main accessory for this look and that’s a horse!

Clarks Karaoke Patent Knee High Boots are an essential part of your winter wardrobe.  The high gloss patent finish is a gorgeous look this season.

Shearling/Faux Fur

We just love these Ugg Australia Bailey Button Bomber Boots.  These will keep you warm this winter.  Sheepskin and Aviator jackets have been around for many seasons and won’t go out of fashion for a long time yet!  Ugg have updated their traditional classic short boot this season and have lovingly gave us these babies – the fabulous, ultra trendy, snug and comfortable Bailey Button Bomber Boots.  They can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned and look gorgeous with skinny jeans or a little knitted dress.

If you want something a bit cheaper and longer in the leg, look at these Rocket Dog Slope Suede Boots.  Perfect for those cold winter days!  We’re also loving these Blowfish Banker Ankle Boots, they can be worn folded down as in the picture or pulled up to keep your legs warm and we’re loving the wedge.  And if you want something a bit similiar with the wedge, look at these Carvela Squirrel Wedge Boots.  Gorgeous!

The Wedge

Wedge boots are a huge trend right now and we spotted one of our Buyers at Very HQ wearing these Carvela Leather Wedge Boots today.  They are the best way to add height and remain chic during the winter months.  We all want a pair NOW!

If you want a bigger platform with your wedge, then these Miss KG Ferris Lace Wedge Boots are perfect for a night out.

Worker/Biker Boot

This trend is all about worker, hiking, biker and miliary boots.  These are the perfect daytime boots teamed with skinny jeans, chunky knits and leather jackets. Check out the Timberland Nellie Pull On Buckle Boots and the Destroy 2 Buckle Ankle Boots.

Apres Ski

And for when the winter really sets in and you don’t want to slip on the snow and ice, you will need a pair of Snowjoggers Artic Jogger High Boots or Timberland Mount Holly Hiker Boots.

Wellies

And for those rainy days throughout winter, you can invest in a pair of wellies as you can keep them for next summer’s festivals too!  We love these Timberland Welfleet Waterproof Wellington Boots and the Ted Baker Bow Wellington Boots.
