Gatineau Love Gatineau Try Me Collection Review

I ordered the Gatineau Love Gatineau Try Me Collection (10 piece) to try before buying full size products. I’d heard great things about the brand and, feeling that my skincare routine needed a bit of a shake up, was keen to start trying the products when they arrived.

All of the products were nice and worked well, leaving my skin feeling lovely but a few really stood out for me. My absolute favourites were the Gatineau Radiance Gommage and the Gatineau Peeling Expert Microderabrasion Cream as both left me feeling particularly pampered.

The Gatineau Radiance Gommage is a ‘mild enzymatic exfoliator’, this smells like sweeties, is peachy coloured and has a really pretty shimmer. You massage this onto dry skin until it turns watery. It left my skin lovely and soft and radiant. I love this and I’ll definitely buy this again.

The Gatineau Peeling Expert Microderabrasion Cream gives great results! You just have to massage it into your face and neck and then rinse. Easy. My skin felt magic after using this, really soft and very smooth. This is, without a doubt, going to be added to my beauty essentials.

My other favourites were;

The Gatineau AHA Body Lotion. My skin felt really soft after using this. It was quickly absorbed into my skin, which is a definite plus as far as I’m concerned – I don’t like the sticky feeling that some body lotions can leave behind. The AHAs help the regeneration of new skin cells (yes, I did google it), so I imagine that the results just get better with continued use. My skin already feels more hydrated.

Gatineau Throat Gel
This is a great product, it leaves skin not only feeling but looking firmer. Just use this sparingly. The first time I used this I used too much. My mantra has always been ‘you can’t have too much of a good thing’ but that’s not the case for this product, as my skin felt rather tight. However, the next time I used it I used less (a pea sized blob) and massaged it in well. The result was much better. So, great product, just don’t use too much!

Gatineau Aquamemory Moisture Replenish Cream
This cream is quite thick so you have to give it a little time to time to sink in, but it’s very hydrating so it’s perfect for this time of year when skin needs a little extra care.

Gatineau Futur plus Anti-Wrinkle Radiance Mask
A thick cream – apply liberally, relax for ten and rinse off. My skin felt great after using this and it forces you to relax for a while – what’s not to like?

Gatineau Aquamemory Moisture Replenish Mask
Another mask, a gel one this time it left my skin feeling really soft and hydrated. I could get used to using a mask every other day, my skin feels wonderful!

You do need to use a product for at least 28 days to see any real results. The masks only had enough in the tube for a three applications (but I did apply liberally), with the other products lasting roughly a week so you don’t know what the long term results would be but it is a great kit if you are looking to see if you get on with certain products before buying full size items. I’d certainly recommend it.

Does this sound like something you would try? Have you used any of these products? What did you think?
