I wish the Brit Awards happened every week! There was glamour, there was emotion and there was a lot of partying.
By now, you may know who won what (and if not I have listed it below this post) but do you know what happened at the after parties?
Here’s a breakdown:
Taylor Swift attended this one after her all-out performance at the main Brits show and she really let loose! She danced with both of the Rizzle Kicks, proving she wasn’t going to waste time crying over Harry Styles. She looked stunning in a black maxi dress, but quite similar to Jessie J who also opted for black with a split. Jessie said she is making the most of having long hair as she is shaving it all off for Comic Relief next month. Brave woman!
Emeli Sande was the star of the night as the EMI artist with the most wins. Although she tried to tone it down in a black dress she was busy from the moment she stepped on board. Everyone wanted to congratulate her. She was there with her boyfriend, who did his best at holding back the crowds but she was still mobbed. However, she did find some time to grab some Champagne and tweeted about how she was in the mood to PARTY! This was the first party she attended as she also checked out the Roc Nation event (see below).
Also, did you notice that like Jessie J and Taylor Swift, Emeli also chose a black dress?
This was a lavish affair with tonnes of celebs! Names inlcuded Rita Ora (above, who changed out of the peach outfit she wore at the awards and put on a black dress). Kelly Brook, Alexa Chung, Noel Gallagher, Tinie Tempah, Aston Merrygold from JLS, model Jourdan Dunn and Will.I.Am kept up the celebrity numbers. Many were seen eating the Chinese canapes and sipping on cocktails showing that even famous faces need refreshments.
One Direction were the main guys at this event after winning a Brit earlier in the evening. They were on a mission to celebrate, especially Harry after watching his ex Taylor Swift perform at the show. In the end, Harry ended up staying out all night and slept at Radio 1 Nick Grimshaw’s house before going on to do the Radio 1 Breakfast Show with him. New Bromance Alert! Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel also partied at this one with Simon Cowell – very cool!
