Celebrity Gossip From Inside The London Fashion Week Parties

London Fashion Week is always a hive of celebrity activity as all the stars want to see what’s going to be fashionable first. Just one show can have four or five famous faces, like at Temperley London, where I spotted Pixie Lott, Peaches Geldof, Paloma Faith and Anna Kendrick (above). I often spend as much time looking at who’s sitting on the front row as I do looking at the clothes because the guests on the front row will normally all be attending the label’s after-party. There are several events on in one evening but some are better than others so I’ve picked my top five events so far.

Firstly, it was great to see one of my fave ever models, Kate Moss, at the Longchamp store party. Kate was  working a 1970s look in a black playsuit with the leather belt emphasising her tiny waist. Kate’s been in fashion for around 20 years now and has racked up tons of catwalk shows, so I love the fact she still makes an effort. What do you think?

Kelly Brook looked really classy as she attended a model agency party at Mahiki. Kelly is single again after splitting from rugby player Danny Cipriani and it looks like she is glad about that. She let herself enjoy the night, dancing with friends and I’m told she partied until closing time at 3am. Nice. It’s interesting how Kelly and Kate are both wearing black.

And talking of black, Pixie Lott joined in with a black vest top and a black skirt. I almost didn’t recognise her at the Temperley party because with her purple lipstick she reminded me of Rita Ora!

Daisy Lowe opted for a sensational black going out dress as she attended a W magazine party. Daisy told me she is doing more acting than modelling these days – so watch out for her on the big screen.

But I think the coolest look of London Fashion Week so far has been Cara Delevigne, who opted not to go for black like the other stars and set the trend in a grey suit. She was at the W magazine party at the London Edition hotel but for once, she did not go wild at the party. In fact, she left shortly after dinner was served as she had to be on the catwalk the following day. Is Cara losing her rock and roll touch? Kate Moss would have stayed and partied. But at least she looked good for the time she was there.

London Fashion Week is just the best! It’s a great chance to see a lot of celebs at once as well as get fashion inspiration.
