TV Stars Step Out In Style For Stroke Association

There are a lot of Christmas parties on at this time of year, but when there’s a Christmas event with a cause the celebrities really do make an effort to attend. London PR guru Nick Ede lost his mother to a stroke so he opened up his contacts book to get all his famous friends to INK club in Leicester Square to raise awareness for the charity that is close to his heart. The aim of the night was to make the club as celeb-packed and glam as possible to take the stigma out of stroke. It’s about time we all started talking about it to raise funds for research as opposed to trying to pretend it doesn’t exist.

The celebs really did as they were told as they made an effort to dress up and stand together, united against stroke. It was actually really moving! Here’s a round-up of the best bits:

Lydia Rose Bright

Fashion lover Lydia Rose Bright looked a million times better than the way she looked on The Only Way Is Essex, showing off a new brunette hairstyle and the season’s popular midi skirt. The statement necklace is a nice extra touch. Lydia’s doing a lot of YouTube shows right now, which work out well for her as she can show her style and class without being typecast as a dumb Essex blonde.

Ferne McCann and Charlie Sims

Ferne and Charlie are on this series of TOWIE, but don’t let that hold you against them – they’re actually really sweet. And strangely better looking in real-life than on the TV – I reallly liked Fearne’s stripe dress. Ferne and Charlie are back together after lots of ups and downs last series. I’m happy for them!

Zoe Hardman

It won’t be long until we see Zoe on the TV again as the presenter of Take Me Out spin off show, Take Me Out Extra. The ITV dating show will be back on our screens in 2014 and Zoe cannot wait. She’s been using her time off to get fitter and showed off her slimline frame in a gorgeous black suit. She’s an example of how you don’t always need to wear a dress on a night out.

Josie Gibson

Former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson lost a lot of weight earlier this year and it seems she has kept it off. Quite rightly, she’s proud of that so dressed for the party in a bright coloured dress. If you’ve got it then flaunt it, eh Josie! She revealed she was so into health she’s hosting a TV show about it in the New Year. Sounds intriguing!

Who do you think looked best?
