Kick starting 2014 with one of my favourite trends MONOCHROME! Black & White is the new black. Black reminds me of darkness, black magic, the devil on your shoulder, and white makes me think of innocence, purity and angels. Combining the 2 opposite colours together creates a magical contrast from opposite sides of the colour spectrum, think good and evil, naughty and nice, light versus dark, it really gives a striking, stand out, head turning, dramatic look. The Monochrome trend is timeless and flattering, it is also very versatile, using either spots, stripes, colour blocking and many more. At we have many monochrome options to fill your wardrobe, colour blocking with contrast fabrics, monochrome prints/patterns and even some black and white animal prints. Check out the Oasis Zebra Knitted Jumper, perfect for a winter warmer, but also keeping you bang on trend with the monochrome look. Below are some more of our other gorgeous, key Monochrome pieces.

The Midi Dress!
Another continuous trend, that is still flying off the rails into everyone’s wardrobe. Fit for any size, shape, age and occasion, this versatile women’s dress wins all the popularity contests! Amy Child’s looks simply stunning in her new collection, the black side panels of this Monica Bodycon Dress, gives a slimming illusion, wear to work, a dinner date, or even to a party! It’s win win win in this Monochrome number! Team it up with Daniel Sandler Micro Bubble Red Lipstick, Fiorelli Crystal Bracelet, Carvela Glacier Barely There Sandals and the Taylor Lips Clutch Bag for a sexy but sophisticated look.

Matchy Matchy!
Another key trend this season, looks fab in Monochrome. This matching Kimono and Trouser set is brought to you by Motel, teamed with some Carvela neon heels, adds a colour pop, giving a high fashion look and feel. Absolutely divine! Complete this look with our Silver Heart Locket and Desiree Satin Frame Clutch

The Swing Dress!
This style has swung from strength to strength over the past year and is set for another strong season this Spring. This TFNC Lava Swing Dress style with the lace detailed shoulders, is easy to wear, and looks super chic. Perfect for hiding any lumps and bumps we all probably gained over Christmas. Wear with tights and ankle boots, or dare to bare your legs and team with some killer heels. Cover up with this gorgeous Oasis Felton and PU coat for an uber chic look.

Which of these trends will you be rocking this season? Tell us your fave?
