Rochelle Humes has done it again! Here we were mourning the loss of longer days, summer sun, ice cream and bare skin – but when we laid eyes on the latest arrival of Rochelle Humes collection it had us craving hot chocolate, winter walks, mulled wine and warm log fires!
From super soft, candy pink cable knits to a powder blue wrap coat with a faux fur collar, this drop is set to have your mouth watering with its macaroon-inspired palette. Then there’s the dresses, all dark, vampy and perfect for party season.
Our latest lot from the lovely Rochelle has us counting down the days until we turn back the clocks and checking our weather app to see when the mercury is finally going to drop.
Here we count down our favourite picks from our favourite Saturday’s latest collection.
What: The Retro Wrap Coat
When and where: We can imagine strolling through the city centre, nursing a warming gingerbread latte as we window shop making our mental ‘what to buy’ Christmas lists in this cosy wrap coat.
In powder blue this piece is universally flattering. The wrap cut is perfect and complies with this season’s love of oversized comfy coats, while its belted waist cinches you in and the faux fur collar lends a chic finish. We’ll be wearing ours with cropped cigarette trousers, a sumptuous knit and ballerina flats. We’ll top it with a voluminous ponytail, and a sweet ribbon fastening to channel this season’s sixties siren muse.
What: The Candy Coloured Knit
When and where: We love this sugar sweet knitted jumper because it’s a piece we can buy and wear anywhere. From warming up our workwear wardrobes to cuddling up on the couch, it’s a wear anywhere with everything pick!
We’ll be wearing this pastel knit with Rochelle’s printed scuba skirt and a pair of cute courts for a workwear look that’ll take us for cocktails after 5.
When and where : Leave it to the lovely Mrs Humes to import Eastern elegance into our wardrobes in this orient-inspired design. We’ve got our eye on this number for Christmas parties and nights out with friends. Its floaty top with blouson sleeves is a romantic way to do sheer and we love the obi belt that adds a touch of Eastern promise to your style. Worn à la Rochelle with tumbling waves and seductive smoky eyes, all you’ll need to add is a cute box clutch and simple two part sandals for after dark drama.
While we could definitely go on, that would leave no time for shopping. For more of our favourite picks we recommend checking out the jewel green teardrop playsuit – perfect for the festive season – and the folksy yet opulent black and gold cut out dress. We’re off to add our Rochelle shop to our baskets so we can emulate our favourite Saturdays’ style this weekend.
Until next time
