London Fashion Week Starts In Style

I’m so excited that it’s London Fashion Week time again! Over the next few days, the capital comes alive with the designers showing us what’s going to be fashionable in Autumn / Winter 2015.

I’m going to be making a note of what I see on the catwalks for future inspiration, but also looking at what the celebrities and other guests are wearing to watch the shows now. The audience at fashion shows usually make just as much effort as the models. And as London Fashion Week kicked off with a Fashion For Relief fundraiser hosted by supermodel Naomi Campbell there was a never ending procession of celebrities wearing gorgeous clothes. I liked:

(1) Jourdan Dunn

Jourdan opened the show in a gorgeous strapless dress. The colour reminds me of the Definitions jaquard strapless prom dress.

(2) Michelle Keegan (sat front row)

Michelle usually wears a lot of black bodycon so it was interesting to see her in a knee length skirt and white blouse. The preppy look suits her, don’t you think?

(3) Ella Eyre

The Brit award nominee closed the show with a singing performance, channeling her inner diva in a black maxi dress. She looked and sounded just fabulous.

(4) Caroline Flack

Caroline Flack is tiny in real life and looked super cute in a black mini dress. It reminds me a bit of Carrie from Sex and The City.

(5) Alesha Dixon

Alesha Dixon also showed how to rock a mini dress. And check out those gold sandals.

(6) Pixie Lott

Pixie Lott looked super cute dressed as a bunny. I like the black shorts, just not sure about the bunny tail.

(7) Nicola Roberts

The ex Girls Aloud singer’s red dress was just as vibrant of her hair – it was a real head turner.

(8) Laura Whitmore

I almost didn’t recognise Laura Whitmore with her hair back. Then I saw those legs in her black mini dress and realised who it was.

(9) Sarah Jane Crawford

The Xtra factor host definitely had the wow factor in a short black dress. This is the first time she’s ever walked a catwalk but she knew what she was doing.

(10) Naomi Campbell

And finally, as its her show Naomi Campbell could make a statement in gold. She’s smiling and she doesn’t do that very often.

Who do you think looked the best? Stay tuned for another report from fashion week very soon.
