Front Row And Behind The Scenes At Rochelle Humes Fashion Show

What better way to showcase a collection of clothes than a fashion show? Although it seems like Rochelle Humes has been a Very designer for ages, she’s never before shown off her designs with a catwalk fashion show. Finally, this was remedied with a spectacular fashion show at Somerset House – the home of London Fashion Week – where her Saturdays friends and JLS friends mingled with magazine and newspaper editors and journalists, bloggers and TV presenters. Everyone wanted to get in on the Rochelle Humes buzz!

One of the first people we saw at the party was TV presenter Lilah Parsons, dressed in a pink duster coat from Rochelle’s collection, who was interviewing all the main stars for a film about the fashion show.

Lilah seems to have a lot of work on right now besides MTV, which is hardly surprising given that she has the rare combination of style and a brain for thinking up questions for her interviews.

She made sure to chat to all the JLS boys who were sat Front Row and watching the models adoringly.

Chloe Gill, wife of JB, kept trying to get her husband to look away but Aston Merrygold seemed to be loving it. Marvin was the most lucky as he revealed to me that he’d met the models before – he was there on casting day,

It was adorable seeing Rochelle’s Saturdays singer best friend Frankie Bridge turn up to support her pal as she is quite heavily pregnant and at the start, suffered from severe morning sickness, She seems to be glowing now though, as she posed next to Rochelle who was wearing a stunning peplum dress – one of the jewels of her range.

So that’s the FROW gossip sorted, lets have a look at some of the most loved fashion from the night:

pink-duster

I know I’ve mentioned this pink duster coat (above) already but everyone wanted to wear it – Chloe Gill and Lilah Parsons as well as the model on the catwalk. It suited everyone and the colour is perfect for summer.

The butterfly printed pencil dress with a white collar looked magical. Everytime you look at it, you take in another detail.

The floral shift dress with wide sleeves looks spectacular with sandals or shoes – it will take you through spring, summer and perhaps back into autumn without any goosebumps on your arms!

The Colour block beaded neck dress is an ideal day to night dress!

How pretty is this pale pink dress with lace detail?

And it’s not just about the dresses as I spotted some gorgeous printed trousers

If you find it hard to match the perfect skirt with the perfect top then you’ll appreciate this skirt 2 in 1 dress as much as I do. The midi length is so on trend right now.

For colour, it doesn’t get much more bright and cheery than this printed peplum dress

For my next special occasion, I need this red dress in my life! It’s stunning in so many ways but I especially like the fishtail hemline at the knees, which looks so flattering to detract attention away from the hips and balance out everyone’s figure.

So what did you think? Trust me,  these pictures are 2D and it’s even better in 3D.
