I always thought Glastonbury was the UK’s biggest festival but it’s just the first big festival. Just six days after Glastonbury ended, the Wireless festival took place in Finsbury Park in London and the line-up was incredible. This meant there were celebs watching from the VIP area as well as giving it everything on stage.
Nobody camps in Finsbury Park, so there’s a really high standard of dress because everyone can freshen up properly between each day of partying. The trends seem to be crop tops and shorts or dresses and trainers. These are my top 10 favourite looks.
Jessica Wright and Dani Armstrong from TOWIE
Essex ladies are always glam – even in a field. I love the girls tassle suede bags, which is very similar to the suede fringed shoulder bag at Very, and I really love Jess’s black playsuit. In summertime, a playsuit is ideal festival wear.
Ferne McCann from TOWIE
A maxi dress is so versatile and Ferne looks comfortable yet chic in her black maxi dress. What do you think?
Rita Ora showed off her fab figure on stage and encouraged some of the girls to take their tops off. Her black hotpants were cute too.
Black was also a theme for Laura Whitmore, who looked chic in skinny jeans. The good thing about black is that it doesn’t show dirt.
Jourdan Dunn’s crop top looked very cool. She certainly stood out from the crowd.
I haven’t seen Tulisa in ages but she’s back with a bang. I like her simple day dress as something like that would really keep you cool.
If you’ve got abs, you may as well show them off! I’ve never thought about wearing sportswear to a festival but Tinashe owns it. What do you think?
I like the fact that Katy brightened up the stage with her outfit as well as her tunes. And a playsuit is perfect festival attire.
What was your favourite look? There are tons more ofestivals and outside gigs until Bestival in September, which is the last one of the summer. Are you off to any?
