Collateral Beauty Premiere: Best Of The Red Carpet

Collateral Beauty is being billed as THE film to see over Christmas and New Year. Starring Will Smith and Naomie Harris, this film will have you gripped from the moment it starts to the moment the credits roll.

Will plays an ad exec who had a glittering career until he lost his 6 year old child to cancer. Then he turned into a hermit who hates the world, didn’t  want to leave his house and was in danger of running his company into the ground. His colleagues all try to get him fired until he finds a therapy group run by the gorgeous Naomi Harris and the film takes a more positive turn. It’s a film that will grip you emotionally and have you laughing and crying at the same time, while making you realise that you are luckier than you think this Christmas.

Although the film has some dark moments, the European premiere was full of beautiful creatures in stunning dresses – lighting up a cold winter’s night in Leicester Square. Let’s have a closer look at some of the outfits that we’d love to copy this Christmas / New Year.

Naomie Harris

Naomie’s the star of the film and she was definitely the star of the premiere too. With a rusty printed brown dress embellished with ruffles and flowers, there was so much detail to look at and the brown and the white complemented her skin tone and gave her a golden glow. If you don’t want to wear black this festive season then you can take a lesson from Naomie and go for colour – it will mean that everyone will notice you and have dress envy.

Helen Mirren

Helen plays a character talking about death in the film, but she turned that on its head for the premiere. She looked chic and elegant in a lace red maxi dress. Red is a Christmassy colour and lace is a party material – it’s an ideal dress for this time of year.

Kimberly Garner

The Made in Chelsea star turned model and designer wowed in a black jumpsuit. This is a party outfit – it’s chic, it’s flattering thanks to the flared leg and deep v-neck and it’s comfortable to wear and easy to dance in. If you like to spend most of your night on the dancefloor, you need a jumpsuit in your party wardrobe.

Sarah Jane Crawford

The TV presenter kept things classy in a black bardot dress with a neckline that showed off her shoulders. A bardot neckline always looks lovely at a party as it shows off one of the slimmest parts of the body, while keeping the rest hidden. This is a super elegant choice of dress.

Olivia Buckland

The Love Island star looks ready for a White Christmas in her white party dress. Her summer on TV may have come to an end, but she doesn’t want to leave the spotlight and this dress ensures she still makes an impact. What do you think?

Fran Newman

The Made in Chelsea star turned music producer looked pretty and feminine in a red long sleeve midi dress and black open toe ankle boots. This is the ultimate day to night look as you could wear this to the office at this time of year and refresh your hair and make-up when it’s time to party. This is a great look if you don’t have time to go home and get changed before your night out.

Who do you think looked the best?
