V Festival 2016: Celebrity Style

V Festival is the hottest ticket in August – the acts are A’list and there are tons of celebs chilling at the festival site and watching the bands like the rest of us. It’s not every day that you get to see Rihanna up close on stage, and the fact that celebs like Laura Whitmore and Millie Mackintosh are in the front row and letting their hair down like the rest of us makes it so much more fun!

Most of the celebs had been planning their outfits for ages, knowing that cameras are everywhere at V. It’s the UK’s version of Coachella as everybody makes an effort to look fantastic, and the celebs in the VIP area have access to a beauty tent so that they can top up their make-up. They have no excuses for looking anything other than fabulous.

Looking at the celebs’ V festival outfits is great inspiration for the rest of the festivals like Bestival and it may make you want to go to V next year. If it does, I suggest looking at these gorgeous celebs who looked sensational. These are the eight standout outfits from the festival:

(1)  Rihanna

You had to know that Rihanna would bring attitude and give it her all. And it doesn’t get more fabulous than over the knee boots, a PU skirt and a PU jacket. You can always trust Rihanna to put on a show. If you ever get a chance to see her live, snap it up!

(2) Foxes

How fabulous is this bright red shirt? I love the fact that Foxes’ outfit is so simple and easy to wear, but she still has stage presence because the top is so bright. Sometimes all you need is one statement piece and you’ll look fantastic, no matter what you wear it with.

Laura Whitmore

Laura was busier than the acts as she was hosting MTV’s live coverage with Conor Maynard and running round to interview all the stars. With a job like that she needed to look pretty because she was on the TV, but it also had to be practical. Shorts are great for that as there’s no chance of a wardrobe malfunction and I spotted  the V by Very high waisted frill shorts are similar to Laura’s indigo ones. These would look lovely with a bomber jacket like the Glamorous floral print bomber jacket – Iayers are essential at a festival.

 (4) All Saints’ Shaznay Lewis

I love how Shaznay did double leather by wearing leather trousers with a biker jacket. As the trousers are loose-fitting, she looks super cool. All Saints may have formed in the 90s but Shaznay is still on trend in the 2010s now they’ve all reformed.

(5) Little Mix

The girl band showed off their unique styles but they had one thing in common – they all got their legs out and they’re all wearing ankle boots. For every festival, it’s useful to take ankle boots and wellies because you’ll be too hot in wellies if the sun makes an appearance.

(6) Millie Mackintosh

Millie looked very glamorous in a brown mini dress with  black leather jacket and black accessories. This is not a typical festival outfit as it’s so matchy matchy, but it just goes to show that as long as you have sensible footwear and an extra layer then you can be as girly and feminine as you want. I like that!

(7) Pixie Lott and Oliver Cheshire

Pixie is a regular at V as it’s held near where she’s from in Essex, so she’s used to picking gorgeous festival outfits. Her white shorts make her legs look lovely and tanned and they go brilliantly with a strapless top. What do you think?

(8) Ferne McCann

You have to hand it to Ferne – she took a fashion risk with her yellow outfit and blue boots. It looks like a costume from the recent Absolutely Fabulous movie. You can get away with something like this at a festival, because they’re a place you can experiment with fashion. You won’t see most of the people at the festival ever again so you can try new things.

Celebrity Style Steal: Daisy Lowe Day And Night

It’s just been announced that Daisy Lowe will salsa her way into the next series of Strictly Come Dancing. This means the model will have access to a fabulous wardrobe of bold colours and sequins when the series starts next month. Sometimes the costumes are better than the actual dances, aren’t they?

Daisy has an advantage in the fashion stakes before the series has even started as she has a unique, comfortable but flawless style going on. This could be because  she’s been exposed to fashion from a young age through her mother Pearl Lowe, who was one of Kate Moss’s best friends. This means that she seems super confident with what she wears. Whether it’s a little black dress on a night out or some super cool dungarees for a day of shopping, Daisy walks with attitude and that will stand her in good stead to bring that little bit extra on the dancefloor. Just look at how she pouts and holds her hand on her hip on a night out.

Wearing a well-fitted LBD can help give you Daisy’s confidence. The River Island black slinky cami dress (above right) is very similar if you want a dress to help make you feel amazing when you walk into a room.

When you have a black dress, you do need some accessories to complete the look. Daisy has a red handbag like the Ted Baker geometric bow clutch bag and then some classic black heels like the Shoe Box Palma point court microsuede shoes.

So that’s the night sorted but what can you wear to make you feel fabulous in the day? Try something a bit different to jeans by wearing denim overalls and you’ll stand out from the crowd. Daisy’s fabulous dungarees are like the Levi’s heritage overalls in gold rush blue, which go perfectly with a white t-shirt like the New Balance accelerate short sleeve t-shirt.

daisy dungarees

Again, this is a simple outfit so you need to think about your accessories. Daisy has some catseye sunglasses, which look like Michael Kors cats eye sunglasses (below left). She finishes the look in a rock chick way with some Converse Chuck Taylor hi-tops (below right).

What do you think of Daisy’s fashion sense? Do you think she’ll do well in Strictly?

V Festival: Best Celebrity Fashion Ever

The V Festival is like the UK’s version of Coachella. Because it’s possible to leave the campsite at night and stay in a hotel in town if you don’t want to camp, the fashion and beauty standards are  so much higher.

This year is the 21st anniversary of V Festival so it’s the ideal time to look at some of the best outfits worn to V by the celebs over the years. If you’re planning on going to V or to Bestival in September, you’ll get some inspiration about what to wear. It’s always beneficial to plan your outfits  in advance as you don’t want to get on site and panic. Keep everything as stress-free as possible by knowing in advance that you’ll look good and then you can start the party from the moment you arrive!

Our favourite V Festival outfits of all times are:

(1) Beyonce

Beyonce looked incredible in a blue jumpsuit, looking every inch like the strong, powerful woman that she is. Who run the world? Girls! Well, Beyonce definitely does in a jumpsuit like that.

(2) Katy Perry

Shorts are ideal for a festival and Katy looked super cute in her high-waisted black shorts. I also love her white sunglasses that add the rock star edge.

(3) Taylor Swift

Even before she hit the big time, when she was still in her country and western phase, Taylor looked stylish. The great thing about a fringe detail dress is that they shake when you move. Taylor’s dress is really similar to the V by Very fringe halterneck dress.

(4) Lily Allen

Leather and denim always go together and Lily is a shining example of that in her leather jacket and denim shorts. Both of those fabrics are super durable, which is important if you’re at a festival and plan to do a lot of partying!

(5) Rochelle Humes

Rochelle brought a bit of glamour to V by channeling the boho vibe. I love her brown midi skirt and the bardot top is so on trend right now!

(6) Pixie Lott

Pixie showed that you can still look pretty at a festival. A white dress is a great way to keep cool and can be worn with ankle boots or sandals, depending on the weather.

(7) Laura Whitmore

Layering is essential at festivals and Laura does it superbly in denim shorts and a floaty beige jacket. She often dresses to show off her legs, which is understandable. If you’re proud of a body part then you should dress to show it off.

(8) Millie Mackintosh

Millie often has a rock chick style and she stuck to her favourite look at V in black skinny jeans and a black t-shirt. You’ll look good and feel better if you stick to what suits you – don’t feel like you have to compromise just because you’re going somewhere new. Be yourself and you’ll ooze attitude.

(9) Foxes

I love this look as Foxes’ black trousers and crop top make it seem as if she’s going on a night out and then you see that she’s wearing black trainers so she’s really comfortable. The hat is awesome as it hides festival hair while making you look cool and interesting.

(10) Rita Ora

Sometimes you can really have fun with fashion at a festival as you’re in a place where not that many people know you. You can test it out on a festival crowd and then wear it again when you get home if it works. If not, no bother. I think Rita’s wild red outfit looks amazing though and the red lipstick tops it off perfectly.

What was your favourite outfit?

The V Festival 2016 line-up is star-studded with Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Sia, Tinie Tempah, The Kaiser Chiefs, Craig David, Fleur East and Example. We’ll bring you all the festival gossip in a separate blog post so you can see how who did what and what they wore!

Jennifer Lawrence: Top 5 Fashion Moments

She’s best known for playing teenager Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games but Jennifer Lawrence is now celebrating her 26th birthday. Happy birthday J-Law!

From the moment she fell up the stairs at the Oscars when collecting her Best Actress award for Silver Linings Playbook, to photos of her leaving nightclubs in the early hours of the morning – Jennifer looks like such a fun person to hang out with. She’s gorgeous and she’s a Hollywood star, but she comes across as a regular girl who’s done well and wants to make the most of every minute of her success.

In honour of her birthday, let’s have a look at 5 of the most fabulous outfits she’s ever worn. When she’s dressed up, she looks amazing!

(1) Oscars 2013: White Maxi Dress

Jennifer looked sweet and innocent in a white maxi dress, which made people bond with her when she fell up the steps and messed it up. Because she looks sweet and girly, rather than edgy we can all relate to her more – there’s nothing stand-offish about her. The white colour also flatters her skin tone, helping her get a golden glow that complements the colour of the Oscars statue.

(2) Golden Globes 2016: Red Maxi Dress

After a few years at the top of Hollywood, Jennifer has more attitude and she shows that off in a bold red maxi dress. At that award ceremony, she won a trophy for her role in Joy and she definitely should win a fashion award for that dress too. The shape’s so simple but the colour’s fantastic.

(3) David Letterman Appearance: Red Dress and Blazer

J-Law really suits red and so when she wants to make an impression it’s the colour she turns to. A red mini dress is more suitable for a night out than a TV appearance so she dressed it down with a black blazer. This is a clever way to  go from day to night as she’s ready to party when the blazer comes over.

(4) Oscars 2016: Black Feather Dress

Wow! As she’s got older, she’s taking more risks with fashion. She pulled it off in a black maxi dress with feather embellishment, holding her hand on her hip like she was proud of herself.  Arriving at an event in a dress with such embellishment causes people to stop and stare as there’s so much detail to look at.

(5) Serena premiere – Blazer Dress

Jennifer has great legs and when you’re happy with a body part you should dress to show it off! She looks awesome in a tuxedo blazer dress, which makes her look strong and in control as well as gorgeous.

As you can see, she looks like a star in mini dress, maxi dress and midi dresses as she wears everything with attitude! Which outfit do you like the most?

Celebrity Style Steal: Rita Ora’s Red Look

Rita Ora’s proved her music ability and now she’s testing her fashion credentials by taking over from Tyra Banks on America’s Next Top Model. They’re big shoes to fill so she needs to make a bold, dramatic entrance. What better way to do that then with red?

When Rita does something, she does it properly and rather than being cautious about red she goes all out with a colour block red jumpsuit. This is a strong look and that reflects on her in a good way – it shows that she’s prepared to take risks and have some fun. Wearing something like this gives you confidence so even when you’re nervous about making an impression, a colour block look like red will give you more attitude.

Inspired by Rita, I’ve found a few different ways to go all out in red. One option is a jumpsuit like Rita’s like the Coast Raisa jumpsuit (above). Or why not try a maxi skirt? I love the V by Very pleated maxi skirt, which are almost as fabulous as the  V by Very smart chino trousers.

Now you’ll need some red tops to complete the colour block trend. The  V by Very lace insert jersey back blouse (above left) would go well with skirt or trousers, while you could wear the  V by Very jersey blazer (above right) with trousers for a look that shows you mean business.

Want a more smart casual alternative? The V by Very rib detail boxy jumper (below ) is both comfortable and cool due to it’s flattering shape.

But if you’re more of a dress person then there a plenty of ways to go all out in a completely red dress that will make everyone’s head turn. You’ll have all eyes on you – for the right reasons – in the Little Mistress embellished maxi dress with its fantastic neckline (below left). Or if you’re really adventurous, check out the Rare textured mesh bardot dress, with it’s stunning side detail – it’ll blow people’s minds. For girls on the go, the V by Very high neck ruffle dress will see you from day to night and you’ll be at the heart of the 60s trend.

Are you ready for red?

David Brent: Life On The Road Premiere Fashion

The Office has to be one of the most iconic British comedy TV series of all times so there are high expectations for the film. Can the humour translate from the small screen to the big screen? And can  the characters cause enough drama to create a feature-length storyline?

Fortunately, the answer to both of these questions is yes if the reports from the film critics are anything to go by. For that reason, all the stars were in a celebratory mood at the film premiere as they were confident that the cinema audience would love it! The celeb guests at the premiere were all excited about watching it and dressed up for the occasion – there were some beautiful dresses.

This is a classic British movie and the premiere showed that us Brits can pick party dresses that stand out at a special occasion. Let’s have a closer look:

Emily Atack

Actress Emily Atack came to support her friends in a stunning white bodycon dress. It really complements her summer tan and stands out on a red carpet. This dress is perfect for a day at the races or a summer birthday party.

Katie Piper

TV presenter Katie went for a multicolour maxi dress that’s both fun and fabulous. When you wear something that’s a little bit different, it helps you strut into a room and Katie glowed with happiness as she walked the red carpet. The dark red lipstick finishes the look perfectly and gives her some attitude.

Anna Williamson

She may be pregnant, but that doesn’t mean TV presenter Anna Wiliamson can’t be fashionable. The black midi dress that she’s wearing is actually a regular dress but in a slightly larger size than normal. I love the mesh effect – what do you think?

Abbie Murphy

Abbie’s one of the stars of the film and she channeled old school Hollywood glamour at the premiere in a navy blue evening dress with a full skirt. When combined with classic black stilettos and an elegant low bun hairstyle, she looks super sophisticated. It’s a very feminine look.

Whose dress do you like the most? David Brent: Life On The Road is released on 19 August, so you can judge what it’s like for yourself.

Brazilian Supermodel Style: Get The Look

There’s not just sport going on this summer in Rio – there’s a real party atmosphere to accompany it. The opening ceremony showed off what the country does well and touched on environmental issues like global warming and rising sea levels. What I enjoyed was that the country’s most stylish models played a key part of it.

Adriana Lima carried the symbolised torch, Alessandro Ambrosio covered it on NBC and Gisele Bundchen looked gorgeous as she played a role in the televised ceremony. Brazilian models always seem to look incredible – we can learn a lot from them. Let’s have a look at the hottest five Brazilian models and the roles some of them have played in the games for some inspiration:

Gisele Bundchen

Gisele looked fabulous in a silver maxi dress during the opening ceremony. She strutted down the catwalk putting her years of experience to good use. However, even if you have no model training, you still walk tall when you know you look fabulous and maxi dresses always help with that as they’re both formal and flattering.

Adriana Lima

Adriana was one of the torch bearers and she looked pretty in her sports kit, but even better in a long sleeve maxi dress at a party afterwards. I like a long sleeve maxi dress because it adds a bit of drama to a dress.

Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra shows that even models have to exercise to stay in shape – you can tell she does a lot of running as she’s light on her feet. I love her red trainers!

Ana Beatriz Barros

Victoria’s Secret Model Ana Beatriz Barros is always on the list of the Most Beautiful Women in the world and in her cream maxi dress I can see why. She’ll be watching some of the games and I can’t wait to see what casual clothes she wears as a spectator as they’re bound to be chic and stylish.

Izabel Goulart

Izabel was photographed at the airport arriving in Rio for the sporting action, but one of my favourite outfits she’s worn recently was a  gold dress at a film premiere. If you’ve got a bit of a tan (real or bottled from St Tropez) then gold will lift it out and give you a real glow. It’s a stunning colour!

Are you feeling ready to celebrate, Brazilian style? Whether you’re watching the sport or not, you can always use it as an excuse to party!

Celebrity Style Steal: Renee Zellweger’s Little Black Dress

Renee Zellweger’s soon to back on screen as  Bridget Jones’s Baby is released on 16th September, so she’s getting a bit of practice dressing up for all the premieres she’ll have to attend. The actress attended the Foreign Press Association’s banquet in Los Angeles, looking chic and sophisticated in a LBD.

The best thing about a little black dress is that you can wear it anywhere and never look out of place. It’s the first time Renee’s attended this banquet and she’s had ups and downs with the press, so this smart outfit shows that she’s trying to make amends. She looks stunning without being showy – this is a great outfit if you have someone special to impress.

What I like about Renee’s dress is that it has a unique hemline to give it a talking point and this is very similar to the V by Very plait back jersey dress. With this dress, you don’t need many accessories but you can see that Renee has a large ring on her index finger. It reminds me of the Love Cocktails pink sensation rose gold cocktail ring. She’s gone au naturel on the make-up, with gorgeous nude lips that can be achieved with something like the L’Oreal Paris Collection Eva nude.

Now look at a full-length photo and you can Renee’s finished the look with some classic black stilettos. They’re just like the Shoe Box Palma point court microsuede shoes.

Are you excited about the next Bridget Jones film? Renee seems in good shape for it!

Suicide Squad Premiere: Celeb Style

With supermodel Cara Delevingne starring in Suicide Squad, there were high hopes that the premiere would be a super glamorous affair. It certainly didn’t disappoint as star after star walked the red carpet in something fabulous. It was almost more like a catwalk show than a red carpet!

As Cara knows all the top designers personally, she could have chosen from hundreds of outfits but she definitely went for the best one she could. Her black dress with leather accessories made her stand out as the star of the film. While her co-star Margot Robbie looked lovely in a bold tiger print and floral maxi dress, Cara was cool in an understated way. She may have known it too as she walked the red carpet with her head held high and swung her hips with attitude in typical Cara style. It’s only when you feel good in an outfit that you have the confidence to do that.

Let’s have a closer look at what the stars wore, as it’s very inspiring if you’ve got any big nights out planned:

Cara Delevingne

Cara oozed attitude in a black mini dress, leather jacket and over the knee boots. She’s guaranteed to get a lot of criticism for changing from modelling to acting, and this is her way of saying ‘don’t mess’. Whatever the critics say about her, there’s no denying that she looks incredible. Talk about power dressing – I love it!

Margot Robbie

Margot was the perfect contrast to Cara in a girly white maxi dress. I wonder if they coordinated it so that Cara would be in black and Margot in white and they’d get more attention when they stood together. Margot looks feminine and summery – a white maxi dress is the ultimate in summer fashion as you can wear it from day to night.

Poppy Delevingne

Cara’s elder sister Poppy also had an understated outfit on as she didn’t want to upstage her sister. The bright kimono shows she’s made a bit of an effort but the rest of the outfit is low-key. This is a very flattering outfit as the shape and the colour of the kimono takes the eye away from your figure.

Georgia May Jagger

Georgia looked like a cartoon character come to life in a leather-look dress with her bright red hair.  She’s one of Cara’s best pals and she certainly made an effort to support her friend looking super sexy!

Laura Whitmore

Laura always looks incredible as she never follows the crowd and she stood out at the premiere in a trouser suit while most people were wearing dresses. What really makes this is the colour pop sleeves and super high heels – you just wouldn’t cross her in that outfit.

Nicola Roberts

The Girls Aloud singer kept it simple in a blue midi dress, which really flattered her figure. Sometimes, simple is best as you come across as cool without having tried too hard. What do you think?

Which red carpet outfit did you like the most? Suicide Squad starring Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie alongside Will Smith and Jared Leto is out on 5 August.

Teen Choice Awards: Smart Maxi Skirts And Trousers

I love an awards ceremony as it gets lots of celebrities in one place and then we can really get a good look at some fabulous party outfits! At the Teen Choice awards in LA there was a great mix of stars – actresses, singers and models. The awards honour the biggest stars in music, movies, TV and fashion with the unique feature being that they were chosen by teen voters.

The winners are clearly in touch with what’s popular and fashionable right now as teen viewers are hard to please. And to appeal to the voters, all the celebs made an effort with their outfits and many seemed to be very imaginative. Rather than wearing maxi dresses, they experimented with maxi skirts, trousers and jumpsuits. They had to put more thought into these outfits and it was inspirational as it showed that you can look beyond a traditional maxi dress for a red carpet look.

If you’re not a dress person, you may be inspired by these super cool Teen Choice Awards outfits:

Jessica Alba

Jessica looks glowing in black trousers and a black crop top. You can tell that she feels comfortable and because of that she feels happy. This is a fantastic way to combine glamour and comfort.

Lea Michele

Lea looked gorgeous in a monochrome maxi skirt, which had a boho vibe to it. Black and white always stands out and even more so if it’s on a skirt rather than on a dress. Wearing a crop top and high waisted skirt draw attention to the slimmest part of the waist to create a stunning hourglass shape.

Chanel Iman

Model Chanel also opted for a maxi skirt and a crop top – models know what’s flattering and they wear it when they’re off duty. I love the gold colour, Chanel looks just radiant!

Gina Rodriguez

The Fast and the Furious actress had tons of attitude in a trouser suit. The bow at the neck adds a quirky edge while the black heels give a girly twist. When wearing a trouser suit, it’s all about the accessories to personalise the look. It allows you to really express your personality with your entrance and throughout the night. There are no restrictions when wearing a trouser suit – if you want to stand on your head on the dancefloor then you can!

Laverne Cox

The Orange is the New Black actress looked sensational in a long sleeve black jumpsuit. The belts at the waist highlight her slim waist and black is a really flattering colour. I like this look because Lauren looks edgy but also feminine. What do you think?

What do you prefer – the maxi skirt look or a style with smart trousers? It’s so refreshing to see alternatives to maxi dresses at an awards ceremony!

Celebrity Style Steal: The Floral Trend

Florals instantly brighten up an outfit and make us feel more feminine and carefree! Just look at actress Isla Fisher (above left), who was photographed walking through London in a lovely floral midi dress.

She’s a busy mum-of-three, married to comedian Sacha Baron Cohen of Ali G and Borat fame, writes her own collection of kids’ books and looks incredible! The secret to this has to be having a lot of outfits that are easy to wear in the sense that they’re not too tight or restrictive, nor are they in light colours if you have kids, but that make you feel fantastic the moment they’re on. Florals do this as they’re so uplifting with the colours providing warmth so you look like you’ve made an effort even if you’ve just thrown the dress on in two minutes.

Florals suit everyone as they can be worn many ways. Here are three of my favourite ways:

(1) The bodycon floral

Pink flowers on a black dress go so well together and the lace on this Lipsy floral print lace strappy dress makes it so girly and gorgeous. This is how you’d wear the floral trend for a night out and it looks great on most shapes and sizes as the bodycon effect flatters all physiques and shows off womanly curves.  With this you don’t need to spend time looking for accessories as the dress does all the talking.

(2) The day dress floral

This Joe Browns tea for two dress is so easy to wear – it’s loose and flowy so it’d keep you cool but you can throw on a cute cardigan over the top and still look feminine. The colours on the tea dress brighten up the dress so you feel like you’re ready for anything – looking good makes us feel more positive.

(3) The prom dress floral

This is a way to wear the floral trend for a formal occasion like a wedding. It is a flattering shape as the cinched in waist and wide skirt creates an hourglass effect. The loose skirt also makes it cool for a summers day. What do you think of the V by Very bandeau panel floral prom dress above?

But to really look like a celebrity like Isla in a floral dress, you need some accessories like shoes and sunglasses. Isla’s berry shoes perfectly offset the floral colours, just like the Dune Mary Jane court shoes. The cute sunglasses are similar to the Michael Kors catseye sunglasses.

What do you think of the floral trend? I’m up for anything that saves time!

Breakfast At Tiffany’s Press Night: Theatre Outfits

Pixie Lott has taken on the role of Holly Golightly in Breakfast At Tiffany’s on the West End stage and any new start calls for a celebration. As Pixie invited her friends and the world’s media to the official press night, she hosted a party in the bar afterwards.

Before coming to the West End stage, the show was tested on audiences around the UK and toured the country for a night or two at various venues. It was a sell-out everywhere, so there was a lot of hope and confidence for it’s West End transfer and Pixie hasn’t disappointed. She’s very sultry as Holly and when she sings, everyone in the audience sits still and stares.

Going to the theatre is always a treat, but sometimes it’s hard to work out what to wear. The goal should be to look sophisticated but you still want to look glamorous in case you have dinner or drinks after the show. As the stars at Pixie’s party did just that, it’s helpful to look at them for inspiration about what we can all wear to the theatre this summer:

Pixie Lott

It’s Pixie’s show and she made sure that everyone spotted her in a gorgeous sequin dress, that she matches with a gold bag. She knows she looks fantastic and that gives her confidence to pose. She doesn’t look at all stressed or nervous, even though she’s the host. When you look good, you can handle anything.

Jenni Falconer

Jenni looked absolutely incredible in a multi-colour jumpsuit. The strapless top shows off her figure to perfection. When a jumpsuit fits as well as this, it can look smarter than a dress. Plus people stop and stare as it’s more unique than a dress.

Rachel Stevens

Rachel looked lovely and feminine with a black going out top and black tailored trousers. Rachel is a mum of two and this is a very practical – but still pretty – outfit which you can wear with children or on a night out on your own. What do you think?

Jessica Wright

Now she’s left TOWIE, Jess seems to have grown into her own style and looked gorgeous in a red midi dress. She’s not flashing too much flesh, but the colour is fantastic so she grabs attention. This is classy enough for the theatre and you could wear it out afterwards – it’s very versatile.

Made In Chelsea’s Nicola Hughes

MiC’s Nicola isn’t from Chelsea and is from Northern Ireland, but she made love-rat Alex Mytton fall for her and then became an essential part of the storyline – clever girl! In a red mini dress like this, you can persuade anybody to do anything and it looks beautiful with strappy sandals. You could wear this to a club and to the theatre.

Are you going to any shows this year?

Who do you think wore the best ‘theatre outfit’?
