Audrey Hepburn

Actress Audrey Hepburn has been voted the most beautiful woman of the 20th century. One of the biggest style icons of our time, she kept her look simple and elegant, her poise and grace always evident.

Best known for the little black dress she wore as Holly Golightly in the opening titles of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the capri pants and ballet flats worn as Jo Stockton in Funny Face and the button-down men’s shirts and full skirts of Princess Ann in Roman Holiday. Audrey Hepburn knew how to dress for her delicate frame making the simplest shapes striking and elegant. Her style lives on in the clothes we wear the world over.

My personal favourite is, possibly the most ‘everyday’ look,  the style of Funny Face Character Jo Stockton – capri pants and ballet flats. Very.co.uk have an amazing range to choose from.

Another Audrey Hepburn style treasure… the tassel earplugs she wore along with the sleep mask in Breakfast at Tiffanys. Can’t beat sleeping in a bit of Hepburn glamour! http://www.oldhollywood.co.uk do a similar version.
