Leather Shorts – loose fitting is definitely better than hotpant style! Buy them now and use them for summer, then once it gets colder team them up with thick tights, chunky knits and furry boots.
‘Prim and Proper’ shoes – think 50’s style, thin heel (either high or mid height), very pointy toe, and for that extra 50’s look a small pretty bow on the toe.
Capes – a super hot trend for the autumn season, you’ll feel more chic and sexy than in a coat. A lighter style is great for right now, but go for a heavier wool version to last you all winter.
Charm Pin Brooch – add a twist to a plain outfit with a fancy charm pin brooch, safety pins with charms dangling from them were big on the catwalk, but anything full of charms works.
Gilets – wear them now with a vest or layer up in the winter, knitted gilets and teddy furs are the materials to go for to keep the autumn look.
Chiffon Maxi – the maxi dress has taken on a more evening look by the change of material from jersey to chiffon, the new prints to look for are faded and smudged (but florals are still fab!).
Which hot look will you be wearing this Autumn?
