Can you believe that the X Factor auditions are already over? We’ve seen the good, the bad and the superstars in the making.
Boot camp was over in one X Factor filled weekend, and the people through to the judges houses were chosen in emotionally packed shows.
We saw the depleted panel of Louis and Simon get revitalised by glamour puss Nicole Scherzinger, and the pop princess made her mark on bootcamp when she came up with the idea to raise the age bracket of the Overs category to 28.
We learnt that for the first time ever, eight acts from each category would make it through to the judges’ houses (due to Cheryl and Dannii not being at the auditions), and it was here that we first heard the rumour that Cheryl’s mystery house would be somewhere in the UK.
We also saw the creation of two brand new groups – made from a bunch of solo artists – four girls in one group and five boys in the other.
It was an action packed weekend.
These 32 acts now attend the final audition round of the ITV show and will be singing in
Australia, England, Spain and Ireland on next week’s show.
Dannii Minogue will be mentoring the boys, Cheryl Cole has the girls, Simon Cowell will look after the groups and Louis Walsh has been landed with the older acts.
Here are the judges acts:
Dannii Minogue: John Wilding, Nicolo Festa, Paije Richardson, Marlon McKenzie, Aiden Grimshaw, Karl Brown,
Matt Cardle and Tom Richards
Simon Cowell: Twem The Reason, Diva Fever, FYD Princes and Rogues, Husstle, 1 Direction – consisting of Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zany Malik and Niall Horan and Belle Amie – consisting of Rebecca Creighton, Sophia Wardman, Geneva Lane and Esther Campbell
Louis Walsh: Mary Byrne, John Adeleye, Storm Lee, Justin Vanderhyde, Elesha Moses, Wagner Fiuza Carrilho and
Cheryl Cole: Cher Lloyd, Raquel Thomas, Rebecca Ferguson, Katie Waissel, Trey Cohen, Gamu Nhengu, Keri Arrindell and Annastasia Baker
We can’t wait until next week! Who are your favourites?
