Cheryl Cole looked fighting fit as she signed copies of her autobiography in London – showing the military trend is here to stay.
The X Factor judge, who seems fully recovered after her battle with malaria earlier this year, teamed a military style shirt with tight combat trousres and looked fierce.
However, Very can reveal that there was no chance she would have had to ruin her outfit by scrapping in the Waterstone’s store where the signing was held.
She was helped out of her car at the shop on London’s Piccadilly by no less than three burly security men.
Inside the shop, there was a total of six security men watching her plus the shop’s in-house security guards, which is more than former PM Tony Blair had when he signed his books. He just had two of his own men!
Very also learns that Chezza had more fans than Blair. The lady who was first in the queue turned up to Waterstones at 9am on Thursday morning – 27 hours before the Girls Aloud star was due to sign copies of her book Through My Eyes.
Talk about super-fan!

Cheryl’s now in for a tough month as she waits to hear whether Simon Cowell picks her for US X Factor.
There is no UK show next year as Cowell focuses on launching in the States, so unless Simon signs her there will be a lot less of Cheryl on our TVs in 2011.
Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger is expected to be one of the judges…and we’re keeping our fingers crossed there’s a space next to her for Cheryl.
