Katy Perry, or should that be Mrs Brand, is on her first visit to the UK since her wedding.
She’s promoting a new fragrance called Purr, which is apparently a light feminine smell combining apples, jasmine and freesia.
As she launched it in London’s Selfridges on Friday, Very had one question – was marriage to Russell Brand Purr-fect?
She exclusively revealed: “I’m 26 and I think that these are my prime years and I feel confident and loved up. I’ve found someone who loves me no matter what.”
So cute – even if it does make us jealous.
Another reason for the newlywed’s optimism – and what also makes us envious – is news the couple are just about to jet off on their second honeymoon.
They had a bit of time off after tying the knot in India last month and their next romantic getaway will be to Tokyo.
The trip was paid for by Perry’s close pal Rihanna as a way of making up for missing the couple’s wedding because of her own work commitments.
Wish we had mates like generous Rihanna!
The two get on because adventurous Katy is one of the only women in the world to challenge Ri-Ri when it comes to setting fashion trends.
The I Kissed A Girl singer often wears quirky outfits – including saucy West Ham hotpants and a dress with LED lights that lit up, but she looks just as good dressed down to run errands.
As she did an interview on comedian Alan Carr’s TV show, Katy covered up in a black winter coat and looked effortlessly elegant.
The tie-belt emphasises her waist and gives her a shapely 1950s hourglass style silouhette. Get something similar from Very with a Love Label raised shoulder belted trench coat.
The South belted collar cowl neck coat will feel warm and snug for Winter
While the Savoir belted faux fur coat will make you – or him – purr with it’s cosy collar
Katy always has fun with fashion. So take a leaf out of her book, sit back, pour yourself a mug of tea and browse Very’s newest arrivals.
