It’s been a while since Rachel Stevens was in the music charts with S Club 7, but she’s still at the top of the fashion game – even when she’s wheeling a buggy.
Talk about yummy mummy! The former S Club singer turned Strictly Come Dancing contestant must have had the other mums in the playground eyeing her outfit with envy as she wore an all-black ensemble to take a walk with her new baby daughter.
The 33-year-old-star has been taking time out from the showbiz limelight to focus on bringing up her daughter, Amelie, who was born last November. This is her first child with her husband and it seems she is a natural mother, managing to multi-task pushing the pram and talking on the phone as well as looking gorgeous. Someone nominate this lady for Superwoman of the Year!
However, Very can exclusively reveal Rachel has a new-mum secret – a personal trainer.
The star started off gently with yoga but has now started jogging and doing gentle weights.
And it seems as her post-pregnancy figure improves then so does her desire to get back to work. We’ve heard she’s starting a new solo album and released a demo track last month.
No wonder she feels pressure to keep on trend with the latest fashion. Her printed trousers are a great way to experiment with something new without committing to a full-on printed maxi dress, which can swamp petite frames like Rachel’s.
From Very, the Lipsy by Pixie Lott’s Printed Palazzo Pants feature an equally great floral print.
Or feather prints have been seen all over the catwalks and South’s Feather Print Jersey Trousers come in gorgeous jewel tones.
Add a little rock n’ roll to your outfit like Rachel did with a leather jacket like the Love Label shawl collar leather jacket
Or try Love Label’s Cut-away Tux Jacket guaranteed to glam up any outfit.
A loose floaty tee like the Love Label pleated top completes the look
If you need some extra height to pull of the trousers, try the Firetrap tropic wedge shoe boots. Wedge heels mean you can still push a buggy
Rachel’s due to complete her solo recording in the next few months – exciting!
