Suzi Diary – WEEK 2

Hope you have all been enjoying this unpredictable September weather? I certainly have been. Another week, another diary post. Although it is probably overdue, I have a valid excuse (teehee). We at VERY have been super busy preparing for the Christmas Party season. From catwalk shows to filming commercials, the past couple of weeks have been surreal and I can not wait to share it with you all.

Company Convention

First off was a convention that the company had put on for staff in the BT Convention Centre. I was amazed at how well staff was treated! There was even an after party filled with flowing alcohol. I was working backstage, fitting models, styling outfits and getting prepared for the show.

London Fashion Week

Once I returned to London, It was time for London Fashion Week where I got to attend The Fashion Fringe Finals and Fearne Cottons VERY own fashion show. I also was out and about, photographing fashionistas to bring you some street style and trend spotting (posts to come).

TV Commercials

Once LFW was over, it was commercial time. I got to go behind the scenes at Diana Vickers and Fearne Cottons A/W TV campaigns. Now, you may have already seen Holly Willoughbys version if you was watching The X Factor this Saturday night, I was! ( who do you want to win?!). Below is a sneak peek of Diana’s and Fearne’s version.

Both commercials went really well, I am SO looking forward to seeing them on the TV screen!

London Fashion Weekend

Last Friday, I got to go to London Fashion Weekend thanks to Elizabeth Arden. London Fashion Weekend happens every weekend (obviously =p) after LFW. Somerset House is turned into shopping mecca with plenty bargains to be bought. Brands like Juicy Couture, Muuba, and Vivienne Westwood set up stands and slash their prices. LFWend is open to the public and tickets can normally be bought online. I got a good nosey around but I won’t reveal too much, a post will be coming your way very soon! =)

Obviously in between all the shows and campaigns, I have also been in the Liverpool Headquarters working on a numerous of other projects. Some really exciting ones that I wish I could share with you all now.

On another note, I can not believe how close Christmas is! especially is this bizarre but fabulous weather! This year, I promised myself that I will not leave my shopping till Christmas eve, I have already seen a few things on the that I will be buying my friends and family, best thing? I can buy now and pay for it in 3 installments with NO INTEREST! Wowza! IT would be rude of me to deny the great deal.

That was my past week or so, what have you guys been upto? are you a last minute christmas shopper like me? eek

Until next week, Lots of love!
