Beauty Look: Olympic Nights

Do you like the look of our gorgeous model in the latest This Week In Fashion Olympic Nights shoot?  We doooooo!!!!  Our makeup artist has gave us some inside tips on some of the products she used, to give you a head start……

Eyes – ‘Wing Out Sister’

For gorgeous smoky eyes, apply eyeshadow before your foundation. Dainty Doll eyeshadow base in Frankie Girl @ £10 will insure your eyes don’t crease, follow with Barry M Dazzledust in Black Gold @ £5 in a winged out, feline shape. Use Dainty Doll Mascara and Liquid liner duo @ £18 for a smouldering intense finish.

Face – ‘Perfect score’

For a marathon night out you need flawless skin that lasts the course, Rimmel Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation @ £7 is a true winner. Try buffing over your skin with a clean blusher brush after application for a flawless polished look.

Lips – ‘Played Down Pout’

If your eyes are strong then keep lips simple to avoid a clash. Pat on Barry M lip paint in pale nude @ £5, followed by Burts Bees lip shimmer in Champagne @ £6 in the centre of your mouth.

Cheeks – ‘Dewy Delight’

Keep cheeks light and glowy with the excellent Daniel Sandler Watercolour blush. Smile and blend the colour over the apples of the cheeks and up to the temples for an airbrushed effect.

Hair – ‘Sleek n Straight’

A sleek ponytail is on trend, sported by celebs and seen on the SS12 catwalks. If you don’t have lots of locks, its easy to fake with our Salon Confidential Silky Straight Hair Extensions @ £45, smooth your own hair into a ponytail and clip extensions in, finish by wrapping hair around the base to hide the clips.

Nails – ‘Bolt of Blue’

If you’re crazy about nails then make a statement with Barry M Nail Paint Cobalt Blue for an amazing £3!! Experiment with your shape, after years of squ-oval, almond is making a comeback.
