Get the beauty look: Military trend

From our This Week In Fashion shoot covering the military trend, our makeup artist talks you through how to get the look.

Hair – Pick your side

Keep hair undone and cool , this doesn’t have to be military precision. Create volume with Babyliss Big Hair Hot Air Brush, part your hair on the side and sweep all your hair around into a side ponytail. Finish by spritzing the hair with Lulu Operation Glam Strike A Pose Modelling Hair Spray and rub with your fingertips to create texture.

Nails – War paint

Add an edge to your look with Nail Candy Kit in Black,  the stick on nails are a easy and fun way to change your look without any fuss.

Face – Skin heros

Barry M correction pen in peach is the must have product for neutralising dark circles. Keep skin smooth and pore free with Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro Primer, followed by ModelCo Beauty Fix Airbrushface for a gorgeous flawless look.

Eyes – Wide open

For a wide eyed look start by curling lashes with Mister Mascara Lash Curler.  Apply Katy Perry Eylure Day to Eve Lash – Oh Honey and blend with your lashes using Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara. Disguise the join with Rimmel Gel Eyeliner.

Lips – Love not War

Keep lips natural, peachy and fresh. Dainty Doll Clear Lipstick 005 with a slick of Models own Lip Gloss Wand – Ballet Pink really hits the mark.
