I never realised how glamorous Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden looks when she’s not behind the judging panel. Sat next to David Walliams and Simon Cowell on the ITV Talent show you don’t really get to see her true glamour. But as she did an interview with chat show host Paul O’Grady to promote her new book, she showed off her sensational figure in a panelled bodycon dress. It’s knee length and it’s not particularly low cut but the panelling detail makes it really flattering, and Amanda worked it so well.
It inspired me to search for something similar at Very and I found the AX Paris lace dress. To complete the Amanda look you need a pair of nude shoes like the Shoe Box Paige platform court shoes. I also spotted she was wearing a lovely nude coloured watch – try the Oasis nude stone set dial soft leather strap watch.
However, while I was looking I found a lot of panelled dresses. It’s a big trend this season with all the Christmas parties and festive indulgences – these dresses are really flattering! Another good thing is you can get away with wearing it in the office with a jacket for day and then got those heels on at night for party time! I like the South lace illusion panel dress
The Love Label monochrome caviar bead bodycon dress is very attention grabbing. No wallflowers in this one!
Finally, I like the Lipsy lace detail bodycon dress and the way it looks almost vintage. It’s so chic at the same time as enhancing your figure in all the right places.
What do you think? Have you got any lace panelled items yet?
